This past quarter marked an exciting new chapter for FIG Credit Union.
We introduced a fresh new look and feel, including our new logo and our transition to doing business as FIG Credit Union. While our brand has evolved, our purpose remains the same: to make banking easier, more personal, and more valuable for our Members.
We also launched our new digital banking platform, bringing with it new capabilities designed to give you greater flexibility and control over your finances. Zelle® is back, and we’ve added features that may enable eligible Members to manage more of their financial activity from a mobile phone or computer, including requesting wires and more.
For our business Members, we’ve also expanded our capabilities. Available integrations with QuickBooks and other supported business software, along with treasury management and sweep capabilities enable us to support eligible businesses more than we have before.
Together, these enhancements move us closer to our goal of being your preferred financial institution – designed to meet your needs today, and to help power your growth and possibilities for the future.
And there’s more to come.
As we move into the fourth quarter, be on the lookout for new promotional offers, including potential opportunities for Members interested in financing a first mortgage and for eligible business owners opening a new operating account with us. Offers will be subject to eligibility, approval, and applicable terms when available. We are excited to continue bringing you solutions that create greater value and make it easier to do more of your financial business with us.
I also want to sincerely thank our Members for your patience and understanding throughout our recent transition. Change – particularly when it involves technology we rely on every day – can sometimes be difficult. We knew that modernizing our digital baking platform was necessary to deliver the experience, functionality, and capabilities our Members deserve, while also positioning us for the future.
We are incredibly grateful for the feedback you’ve shared. We’ve listened carefully, worked quickly to resolve issues, and continued making improvements. At the same time, it has been wonderful to hear from so many Members who’ve applauded the new system, its modern design, and the additional capabilities now available to them.
There is much more ahead, and I could not be more excited about where your credit union is going. We will continue to listen, innovate, and bring forward solutions that help our Members, families, and businesses grow and thrive.
